- They plan and conduct a variety of group and individual activities.
- They structure and support the daily routine of the residents.
- They safeguard existing skills and support the rediscovery of forgotten ones.
- They work closely with nursing, social services and housekeeping, acting reliably, kindly and in a solution-oriented manner.
